Passionate working with…

Eating Disorder
Eating disorders often develop as ways of coping with pain, overwhelm, perfectionism, or feelings of not being “enough.” Over time, they can create disconnection from your body, emotions, and sense of self, making it difficult to feel grounded, nourished, or at peace. Healing is not about shame or perfection, but about gently rebuilding trust with yourself through compassion, support, and self-understanding. Recovery can be a process of reconnecting with your needs, nurturing self-worth, and creating space for growth, balance, and healing.

Anxiety
Anxiety often begins as the mind and body’s way of trying to keep us safe, but over time it can become overwhelming, leaving us feeling stuck in cycles of worry, fear, or constant tension. It may show up as overthinking, difficulty relaxing, racing thoughts, or feeling disconnected from the present moment. While anxiety can feel exhausting, healing is possible. With support, self-awareness, mindfulness, and practical tools, therapy can help you create a greater sense of balance, safety, and trust within yourself while learning to move through life with more ease and grounding.

LGBTQ+ Issues
Exploring and navigating LGBTQIA+ experiences can bring both meaningful self-discovery and unique emotional challenges. Whether you are questioning your identity, navigating relationships, processing external pressures, or seeking a space where you feel fully seen and affirmed, therapy can offer support without judgment. You deserve a space where your identity is respected, celebrated, and explored with compassion and care. Through affirming therapy, we can work toward greater self-understanding, authenticity, resilience, and connection to your sense of self. I also provide assessments and letters for gender-affirming care and surgery referrals.

Depression
Depression can feel heavy, isolating, and emotionally exhausting, often making it difficult to feel connected to yourself, others, or the things that once brought comfort and meaning. During these seasons, even small tasks can feel overwhelming, and hope may seem distant. Healing is not about forcing growth, but about creating space for compassion, support, and self-understanding to slowly take root. With therapy, mindfulness, and intentional care, it is possible to reconnect with yourself, nurture resilience, and move toward greater balance, healing, and light.

Life Transitions
Life transitions can be daunting, whether you’re facing a career change, a move, or a shift in personal relationships. These moments of change often bring uncertainty, but they also offer opportunities for growth and reinvention. With support, reflection, and a counselor to guide you through the process, you can navigate these transitions with confidence, clarity, and a sense of renewal.
